Our 5-part web series takes you through the process of moving from confusion to certainty. We start by helping you envision your ideal professional life and then work through how to develop and use your professional social network, upskilling, then identifying and developing your strengths. We end by translating the path to your ideal career into a series of concrete and actionable steps.

In total, there are approximately 60 minutes of videos, with fill-in-the-blank exercises that follow each one. 

For the best results, we recommend setting aside 5–10 hours over several days or weeks. While the course can be completed faster, the material requires focused, deeper thinking, so dedicate some quiet time for concentration. 

Each module takes approximately 1-2 hours to complete and contains 3-5 videos. Following each video are fill-in-the-blank exercises that you can save and return to at your convenience.

The whole idea behind our web series is that the course becomes tailored to you based on your inputs, working when and how you like. You can skip forward or go backward depending on what works for you. If you get lost, you can ask us for help!

We offer optional weekly small group online workshops. You can drop in or stay for the whole time. You can sit quietly with your camera off, or light up and ask questions or receive and offer support.
